"Liana worked with me as a leadership coach. She used a combination of dialectical behavioral therapy techniques and equity-focused leadership to support me in problem-solving several difficult personnel issues with compassion and dignity for all involved. Our team is now working well together, thanks to the wisdom and insight she was able to bring.
