Vincent has worked with organizations like KQED, PBS New Mexico, and the City of Tracy to produce and edit powerful digital media.

He managed on-set operations for select episodes of the digital video series Sovereign Innovations, including studio setup and teleprompter operation, camera operation, lighting and sound; resulting in a smooth and stress-free run of show.

As a Producer for the City of Tracy, he: 

• Maintained team cohesion and efficiency as a director and producer during high-pressure live broadcasts through clear communication, supportive feedback, and thorough pre-production.

• Developed and implemented strategic project management procedures to enhance and steadily maintain our daily operations and increase our production workflow by 70%.

• Streamlined our Final Cut Pro editing processes to increase our project completion rate to 5-7 projects per week for use interdepartmentally, in public broadcast, and for upload on the City’s YouTube channel and social media platforms.

For 5 years he served as a youth mentor, generating adaptive lesson plans and facilitated comprehensive lectures and training workshops on both basic and intermediate film theory, camera techniques, lighting, and video and audio editing; resulting in the successful training of over 50 incoming interns. He also expanded the program’s outreach efforts by engaging with educators and students during station field trips and through careful coordination with City leadership during department meetings.
